Click
on the "Start Menu," select
"Settings," and then click
"Network and Dial-up Connections."
Your wireless connection should be listed
there. (It may be listed as "Local
Area Connection" or have some other
name.) Double-click on the appropriate
icon and then click "Properties"
on the window that appears. A window
like the one below will open: |

Click
on the "Configure" button
at the top, opening the "Properties"
window for the Wi-Fi card. Select the
"Advanced" tab and click on
either "Network Name" or "SSID"
(varies with brand) and enter "jovogo"
(without the quotes, case-sensitive).
Click "OK" until the "Network
and Dial-up Connections" window
is on top. The system will normally
ask you to reboot. When the computer
is finished restarting, you should now
be able to connect. |
